WORK YOU’LL DO
The Test Data Architect is part of the core team who manages the Centralized Test Data Management practice. The role is to ensure Test Data Management (TDM) best practices and governance are adhered to across the Enable program.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure TDM practices are followed in these key areas:
    • Identifying subsets of production data
    • Facilitate creation of synthetic data
    • Identifying integrated data dependencies
    • Provisioning test data to the target environment
  • Ensures best TDM practices are followed by the Workstreams
  • Works with DB Architects to understand integrated dependencies
  • Generates metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the TDM processes
  • Follows industry trends and evaluate new practices and tools to determine applicability for the Enable program
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Required Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of TDM tools like CA Test Data Manager, Informatica, Delphix
  • Deep understanding of TDM principles
  • Demonstrated understating of Database testing methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills to build alliances and gain consensus with key stakeholders to promulgate TDM best practices
Professional Skill Requirements:
 
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to focus and prioritize and solve complex technical problems
  • Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (technical) degree/diploma
  • Knowledgeable in Performance Testing, and Problem Management methodologies
  • Understanding of complex architectures and derivation of key performance indicators for performance tests
  • Ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of enterprise applications in production-like configuration and articulate test result impacts with stakeholders
  • Experience in full software development life cycle
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
