WORK YOU’LL DO


As a Cloud Architect, you will provide skills and experience related to network strategy and optimization, analyzing existing communications networks and specific client requirements against leading industry standards to establish a roadmap of tactical network initiatives to help reduce costs, mitigate risks and/or increase revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, build, test & deploy agile & cost-effective Compute, Storage, Networks, Communications, Workplace and Service Mgmt solutions leveraging Cloud & as-a-Service based approaches.
  • Implement scalable, high performance solutions that meet the need of today’s corporate and digital applications using cloud infrastructure technologies & software defined infrastructure.
  • Deliver legacy infrastructure transformation (including operating model) & migration to drive next-generation bus outcomes.
  • Experience in management in our ServiceNow business unit: Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?  


Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience creating and managing public cloud environments
  • Has one of the three public cloud certifications AWS, Azure or GCP (GCP preferred)
  • Architecture background
  • Involvement in some form of transformation (physical to virtual, virtual to cloud)
  • App migration experience
  • Google Cloud experience

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
  • Understanding that cloud can be strategy, migration and sometimes simply ‘fingers on keyboards’
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
