Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.
Job Description
The Local Market Development Lead (LMDL) plays a key role in both the local market and in the local office. The LMDL will work with the Montreal Office Managing Director (OMD) and the Montreal Leadership Council to develop plans, drive sales, support development of our local image and engage our people. The LMDL will also work closely with the GU and NA Local Market Initiative Programs, to implement local market strategies identified nationally. The LMDL is responsible for:   maintaining alignment of the Operating Units and Businesses in local market development activities such as identifying targets, providing sales support and tracking/reporting status against defined plans, coordinating with alliance partners. The LMDL will also be expected to make direct contributions to our corporate presence and relationship development efforts in the marketplace working with the Local Marketing and Corporate Citizenship Leads. The LMDL will manage various local office/people engagement initiatives, working closely with the Accenture Workplace Lead, Local Marketing Lead, Local HR Coordinator, Local Corporate Citizenship Lead and Employee Resource Group Leads. LMDL is a visible leader both externally in the business community and internally with our people.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years prior work experience
  • French/English Bilingual
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Business or similar degree
  • Accenture work experience preferred
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Strong financial planning/forecasting skills
  • Experience working with Accenture financial and forecasting processes
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to formulate local market data into and executable plan
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
