WORK YOU’LL DO
 

Test Strategy and Management professionals develop holistic, end-to-end test strategy at the enterprise level or for large-scale delivery programs. Conduct assessments of quality-related processes as input for process improvement initiatives. Develop roadmap for implementation of the strategy as well as the creation and execution of the client’s Testing organizational model (internal or outsourced). Also includes Test Management delivery roles in projects, including Team leadership and client relationship

 

 A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

 
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. 
  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
 
  • Agile testing experience
  • Lead experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple agile team’s testing activity for integration testing
  • Bilingualism is must: French and English
  • Prior experience in MDM/Big data projects
