Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant

Software Development specialists work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.
Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Professionals maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to build alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  •  Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.

 May collaborate with peers and/or management levels externally and/or within Accenture. Resolves issues on assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

 Basic Qualifications: 

  • 1 full life cycle of implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience leading these two modules: Core HR and Talent Management
  • Experience in conducting/leading client facing discovery sessions, design workshops and prototype executions.
  • Hands on experience in configuring performance plan templates, performance plans, career development plans, succession plans.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience on any HCM Product ( EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, Ultimate, Dayforce, SAP/Success Factors)
  • Experience on designing, testing Reports, Interfaces, Fast Formula and conversions
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding of Oracle /Cloud HCM concepts and general module functionality for Human Resources 
    Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
  • Understanding of project implementation methodologies ( Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
  • Experience in process design and configuration
  • Ability to meet travel requirement per project needs
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Able to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating large HCM implementation/upgrade projects;
  • Proven ability to support sales in HCM area as Subject Matter Expert;
  • Understanding of HCM-related business parameters and drivers;
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to articulate product issues in business terms and vice-versa;
