Security and Risk professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption.  Strategy Risk Management and Transformation professionals develop and deliver solutions for evaluating enterprise IT security practices, indentifying and mitigating risks, establishing security policies and practices, implementing controls, and educating stakeholders. Apply standards and best practices in infrastructure and application security.  A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:  Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.  Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.  Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.  Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.  Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Working directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement security strategies and architectures across platforms and for a variety of vendor solutions
• Performing requirements analysis and developing security strategies for clients
• Performing security program assessments, documenting gaps, and creating strategic implementation roadmaps
• Performing cost-benefit-analysis for insourcing versus outsourcing
• Ability to understand business direction of companies and create optimized security organizations and architectures to meet business needs while increasing profits
• Ability to show return on investment for security and technology investments
• Ability to create budgets, staffing requirements, and security direction for long-term, 5+ year strategies.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
• Ability to streamline security operations, while maintaining relevant compliance with legal, best-practice, and regulatory requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Information Technology

• Minimum of 2 years security experience

• Minimum of 1 years management experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Must have a minimum of one year experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Compliance experience (HIPAA or PCI or SOX or GLBA.), Infrastructure experience, Security operations experience, Security consulting experience, Applications experience, or Architecture experience

Preferred Skills:

• Strongly prefer industry-adopted security certification(s) (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH, CWSP, CWNA)

• Knowledge of computer networking and standard protocols - TCP/IP

• Experience with project management

• Experience with security governance (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and/or PCI, ISO27001,27002, COBIT)

• Risk management framework experience (e.g. NIST 800-30)
