As a Consulting Summer Analyst, you’ll be helping our clients lead in the new; transforming them into high-performing businesses and governments better equipped to face tomorrow’s challenges. Your Role as a Consulting Summer Analyst
There is never a typical day at Accenture, but that’s why people love it here! As a new Consulting Summer Analyst, you’ll test out new ideas with clients in your own unique way. You might spend your day: 
 
  • Translating the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic digital, technology, change management and organization strategies
  • Diagnosing business processes or organizational problems, and leveraging analytics to determine how our clients can maximize their impact.
  • Driving a rigorous approach to solving global, economic, technology and social problems.
  • Developing new answers to complex business and IT challenges
  • Modernizing and driving costs from complex multi-national IT infrastructures
  • Recommending and implementing changes, and ensuring a successful transition to what’s new
Your Experience: Basic Qualifications
Accenture Summer Analysts are forward-thinking, well-rounded people with a record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. We’re looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.
 
  • Bachelor’s degree (with a graduation date between December 2018 – December 2019)
  • Degree Type/Major: All majors considered
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • TN Visa eligible and the ability to travel and work in the US on client projects, when applicable
 
It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed.
