Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within both delivery centers and client site environments. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description


Program & Project Management Specialist professionals design and implements control-related activities to manage risks across a program (or group of interrelated projects) and to improve the likelihood that program goals are met.


A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Demand and capacity management

- Prioritize, plan and staff all the projects estimates’ requests for the ecosystem, making sure to maximize overall resources use.

- Follow up on risks and issues for ongoing projects – provide the overview to delivery leads and project managers.

  • Project/initiative execution

- Manage the end-to-end activities related to project definition and estimation of the different SAP projects / initiatives in the client’s pipeline. This includes: scoping, onboarding SAP team, planning and facilitating, creating, executing and monitoring plan to get to the deliverables and final estimate / packaging.


- Onboard non-SAP teams for integration points and align solutioning with the different streams and lines of business.


- Supervise the following deliverable: business requirements documentation, fit/gap analysis, business and functional processes (actual and to be), high level architecture diagrams, project plan and resource plan recommended for delivery, assumptions and final estimate of SAP and non-SAP effort.

  • Strategic planning: Maintain the overview of all the ecosystem projects and initiatives in an integrated roadmap, in order to maximize all projects and initiatives planning efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 + years in Project Management/Delivery experience required: if possible SAP delivery and solutioning skills (SAP CRM is an asset)
  • Knowledge of Project Management domain
  • Bilingualism is mandatory - French and English
  • Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Project Server and Project Web Access
  • In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ADM Estimator Tool is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
