The Salesforce Regional Lead within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Act as Engagement Lead on Salesforce.com  engagements to ensure successful delivery of the projects in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, achievement of required business outcomes and team engagement
  • Understand client’s business needs and assess how to enable a solution to meet their needs
  • Play an important strategic role in the relationship with our local alliance partners through identification of strategic opportunities, and coordination of local marketing activities and campaigns. 
  • Demonstrate functional CRM and relevant industry knowledge and an understanding of current trends and issues.  Leverages subject matter expertise in discussions with clients
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.
  • Lead and grow the local Cloud First team through recruiting, people development and people engagement activities in coordination with the Canada Cloud First leads.
  • Work together with local Accenture industry leads to originate new Salesforce engagements in the region.
  • Drive continuous improvements within the projects and recommend improvements towards the technology to the client
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with a professional consulting organization 
  • Strong experience with Salesforce technology solutions.
  • Experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry
  • Strong understanding of different implementation methodologies, and end to end implementation and solution knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to play an important strategic role in the relationship management of partnerships, identification of strategic opportunities, and coordination of any implementation to deepen partnership activity. 
  • Articulate and clearly communicate solution scope, timeline, and benefits with client stakeholders
  • Demonstrated collaborative ability to partner with and direct a number of internal and external partners
  • Experience building internal and external relationships, and mitigating past difficult personalities or situations.
  • Overall understanding of digital industry and its trends and driving the conversations with clients
  • Know the competition, customer and industry trends, innovation; pinpoint relevant research opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with vendors and prior senior client/customers
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated team work and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
