TC Senior Manager – MTL

Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Identifying and assessing complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.
  • Creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
  • Interacting is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility
  • Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
 
 
 
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree, MBA desired
  • 15+ years of experience leading technology projects – experience gathering requirements, developing project plans, leading team meetings, leading client facing workshops, PMO experience.
  • Project Management experience in large scale ERP implementation in Retail, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods industries
  • Ability to meet 100% travel requirements
Location – Montreal, bilingualism is a must

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
