Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
  • Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
  • Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Knowledge or training in some of the following:
    • Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
    • Office 365 Administration
    • Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft PowerShell or Azure would be helpful.
  • PC/Network Security, TCP/IP and wireless communications.
  • Incident and Change Management (ITIL Certification is a major asset). Investigating support issues in sequence and in a detailed fashion.
  • Performing administrative duties such as e-mail management and documentation.
  • Canadian Reliability Security Clearance OR ability to obtain it (Resided in Canada for the last 5 years).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Computing, Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Mobile Device Management such as iOS, Android, Blackberry.
  • IM clients – Microsoft Skype for Business.
  • Business Application Support Experience.
  • Virtualization tools (such as VMware).
  • Experience monitoring network and server event alerts.
  • Patching and performing upgrades.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
