Job Description
 
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
 
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
 
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
 
Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
 
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: 
  • Owns client relationship for the Operations contract which covers one or more of the Operations offerings.
  • Responsible for client relationship, Profit and Loss management of the account, quality and risk with the services provided to the client, strategic positioning for growth and people management of the account.
  • Interfaces with the Client Account Lead (CAL) and appropriate leadership within Service Delivery Operations SDO.
  • Responsible for shaping and driving valued transformation for the clients.
 
Job Requirements
  • Travel up to 25%
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ Utilities Industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ Account Management experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Care
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Digital Customer service

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
