People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

 

Job Description:

 

Individuals will be responsible for implementing\configuring JD Edwards Applications (JDE) specific to the HR Modules for both new and existing clients.

Requirements:

 

1. At least 3 -5 years of experience implementing JD Edwards HCM including experience with Canadian Payroll

2. Skilled as a team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least one full cycle implementation 3. Strong knowledge of JD Edwards tables, configuration, rules, and parameters

4. Ability to document client requirements and translate these requirements into a system solution

5. Understanding of business processes in the HR function.

6. JDE EnterpriseOne, version 9 experience

7. Tools experience with common JDE reporting tools and databases

8. Consulting experience on larger engagements

1. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

2. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

3. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

4. Good client facing skills and professionalism
