'Application Developer will be a key member of a large (50+ member) internal development team responsible for providing a stable technical environment for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service and Pension Administration modules. Also developer will be responsible for designing and authoring business rules and must have strong technical knowledge with ability to interpret program policy and procedures and turn them into a logically structured set of OPA business rules .The developer should have strong PeopleSoft  Integration  experience with various third parties like OPA, Salesforce, Livelink using Web services, SOAP, REST etc.


Job Description: 



'Serves as Siebel Order Management application SME(Subject Matter Expert) with overall 5+ years of IT experience in large IT/Telecom organization to work on data migration and de-duplication efforts, that also includes identifying/analyzing and gathering document requirements from different CRM/Order Management and legacy vendors and providing direction to the Siebel application development and Product support teams.

To Design, Configure, Implement and Upgrade complex, new data migration  solutions into existing Siebel EOM application as Siebel EIM SME/Architect. Adapt to existing Complex Business rules and functionalities to enhance and provide alternative optimal solution without impacting the integration with other legacy/Billing systems.

Basic Qualifications:
He/She should have over all 5 to 6 years of experience and relevant experiecne 3 to 4 years.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian 
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
 Professional Skill Requirements:
• Good understanding on the Global Regulatory Compliance (GRC) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) process.
• Hands on experience JD Edwards Worldsoft / EnterpriseOne 8.10, 8.11, 8.12, 9.0 and 9.1.
• He/She should have good functional knowledge and expertise in mapping the setups required as per the business process in Product data management, Shop Floor Management, Sales order process, Procurement process and Inventory.
• He/She  should be expertised in identifying the Gaps and creating Design Specification documents to generate customized reports /applications & interface as per the business requirements.
