Senior Manager, Capital Projects Services will be responsible for helping deliver Capital Projects
consulting engagement and deepen the construction/engineering expertise within Accenture Canada.
 
Specific accountabilities include:
 
  • Refine Capital Projects service offering in Canada to best meet market demand
  • Engage with key clients to establish relationships and maximize benefits of those relationships to Accenture.
  • Support the delivery of Accenture engagements to meet client expectations and Accenture quality standards.
 
Experience Requirements:
 
  • Bachelors or Masters Degrees in Engineering are preferred
  • Minimum of 20 years of business experience in either EPCM, Mining, Energy, Utility, Transportation or Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Capital Projects and Industries
  • Understanding of basic construction management processes
  • Knowledge of Capital Project control and cost management processes
  • Functional knowledge of EcoSys EPC, Primavera Unifier or other Project Controls technology is a must have
  • Experience implementing Project Controls tools (Ecosys, Primavera P6, OPPM and/or Unifier) is a must have.
  • International and site experience an asset.

  • managed the production of quality deliverables on time and on budget;
  • ensured the quality of deliverables meets with client expectations; and
  • managed engagement risk and project economics
 
Business Development
  • Developed and maintained relationships with decision makers at key clients;
  • Supported pursuit teams and proposal development efforts including innovative approaches and methodologies
 
 
Personal characteristics should include:
 
  • Strong problem solving orientation and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to establish trust and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills
