Lara is a digital storyteller and change agent with over 20 years' experience leading organizational and technology transformation at several of Canada's leading companies including Rogers Communications, General Mills, Torstar and Johnson & Johnson. Currently Lara is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at McDonald’s Canada, where she leads the transformation of the Canadian business through technology. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Queen's University as well as an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
