The Content Practice, within the Marketing pillar of Song, partners with clients to capture, create, produce, and localize content efficiently and at scale. Our capabilities span content consulting and transformation (operating model and technology roadmap design), production and post‑production, and globally scaled, technology‑powered managed services across the content lifecycle for a Telecommunications client.
About the Role
- We are seeking a Manager, Generative AI & Content Transformation to join our Content workstream, supporting a Telecommunications client. This leader will help shape how GenAI is applied to modernize content operations, improve workflows, and enable next‑generation marketing and customer communications.
- The ideal candidate brings Telecommunications and/or adjacent industry experience, combined with in‑house agency or content studio experience, GenAI fluency, consulting experience, and a strong understanding of digital and content operations at scale.
- This is not an AI engineering role. It is a client‑facing role for someone who can translate AI capabilities into business‑ready solutions and confidently guide teams and senior stakeholders.
- As a Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor—leading components of solution development and playing a hands‑on role in delivering tailored, high‑impact client solutions for a Telecommunications client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement, Delivery & Growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary engagement lead for a Telecommunications client, translating GenAI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead and support delivery of content automation and GenAI initiatives—including pilots, POCs, and scaled implementations—across marketing, digital, and customer experience use cases for the client.
- Partner closely with near‑shore and offshore teams to enable delivery, optimize ways of working, and drive transformation outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand GenAI‑enabled content and marketing solutions within the client engagement.
- Support business development activities related to the Telecommunications account, including RFP responses, proposal development, solutioning, and case studies.
- Contribute to thought leadership, client workshops, and strategic planning discussions focused on GenAI and content transformation for Telecommunications.
Team Leadership & Ways of Working
- Lead cross‑functional teams across strategy, content, technology, and scaled delivery operations supporting the Telecommunications client.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Apply a working knowledge of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies to structure work and drive results across complex, client‑centric engagements.
Content Automation and GenAI – Consulting & Delivery
- Maintain a strong conceptual understanding of GenAI and automation capabilities across the content technology ecosystem as applied for a Telecommunications client.
- Evaluate and differentiate major platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Writer, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Rapidly assess emerging AI tools and recommend solutions aligned to the client’s needs, including data, security, and scalability considerations.
- Translate AI and GenAI concepts into clear, client‑friendly language for stakeholders across marketing, digital, IT, and customer experience teams.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, content technologies, and next‑generation marketing within the Telecommunications landscape.
Content Transformation
- Assess end‑to‑end content ecosystems for the Telecommunications client, including content creation workflows, governance, CMS/DAM platforms, metadata, taxonomies, and operations at scale.
- Partner with content strategy, technology, and operations teams to reimagine content processes using GenAI, automation, and modern content platforms.
- Support development of content modernization roadmaps for the client, in partnership with broader Accenture capability teams.
- Help design scalable content workflows and operating models enabled by platform and generative AI.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of client engagement and delivery experience in an in‑house agency, content studio, or consulting model supporting Telecommunications or adjacent client industry engagements, including:
- Hands‑on experience evaluating and applying content automation or AI tools in real‑world business contexts.
- Experience delivering GenAI pilots or POCs (not necessarily as a technical builder).
- Strong understanding of AI and GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering basics, limitations, safety, responsible AI).
- Experience with content transformation, content supply chains, and content operations.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and delivery workstreams across capabilities and geographies.
- Location expectation: Regular onsite presence for the Telecommunications client in the Greater Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area, typically 1–2 days per week, depending on client needs. Some weeks may require minimal or no onsite presence.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with enterprise content platforms (CMS, DAM, PIM, content automation tools).
- Exposure to structured content, content modeling, or metadata design.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with proven relationship‑building skills.
