Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Cross-Functional Lead to oversee and drive collaboration across multiple support areas, including Quality, Training, Program Management, and Technical Support. This role requires a senior professional with a proven track record in leading complex projects, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals in a global environment. Unlike a direct sales leadership position, this role is centered on operational excellence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Training, Program Managers, and Technical Support) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Drive project execution end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes are achieved.
- Influence and align stakeholders across different functions, balancing priorities and navigating diverse perspectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and team performance.
- Represent the function in global forums, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with international stakeholders.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations leadership, or cross-functional project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong influencing skills and proven experience in managing competing priorities across diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively in a global environment.
- Experience working in multicultural, matrixed organizations is strongly preferred.
- Background in Quality, Training, Technical Support, or Program Management is a plus.
