Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Multiplatform Front End Development React, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
