As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of critical business applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure seamless system operations.
- Experience in monitoring tools and techniques to maintain system health and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
