Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various projects and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure that the applications developed align well with organizational goals and support seamless business operations. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application customization.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration techniques.
- Experience in scripting and automation within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of customized applications with existing enterprise systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application design and implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BE or BTech is required.
