The role includes applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral throughout the day, ensuring that software solutions align with project goals and client expectations while adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Experience with software configuration and lifecycle management tools related to PTC Windchill.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments and contribute to technical discussions.
- Understanding of integration techniques and software customization within product lifecycle management systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
