The role / Job description:
Highly accomplished, you’ll champion continuous improvement of Agile approaches across multiple assignments. You’ll build on your expertise to advocate adaptive planning to boost collaboration and flexibility between self-organizing and cross-functional teams. Facilitating evolutionary development, you’ll accelerate project delivery to drive a faster, more effective response to change.
Key responsibilities:
Champion Agile standard methodologies across project teams
Analyze data, situations and key variables in-depth
Identify, assess and solve complex business problems
Manage medium-to-large project or enterprise teams
Set near-term goals to support strategic project direction
Independently make decisions with major day-to-day impacts
Develop proposals and advocate Agile approaches to senior client and team members
Identify best methods and procedures for new assignments.
This role requires 100% flexibility to travel and work on site with clients (Monday through Thursday)


  • Minimum of 5 years of core Agile experience
  • Minimum of 4 years Agile coaching experience
  • Minimum of 2 years external enterprise/program Agile consulting experience
  • This role requires 80-100% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Leadership: Building a sense of community among all coaches assigned to the engagement
    • Cultivate shared understanding of customer needs and lead the team to exceed customer expectations.
    • Sense the needs of the team and support them with the tools and resources needed to be effective as well as engaged and confident team members
  • You are a genius at pragmatic problem-solving, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and overall helping groups of people communicate effectively.
  • Once you have a clear understanding of the objective, your proactive and empowering nature make others want to follow your lead.
  • You know when to step in and lead as needed, but are also comfortable stepping back and letting the team determine the best course of action.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and/or any other popular Agile practices and frameworks (e.g. Lean, Kanban, eXtreme Programming).
  • Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization (CI, CD, XP, TDD, etc.).
  • High energy and can inspire change at all levels
  • Experience in solution selling and shaping consulting engagement early in the sales cycle.
