Responsible for leading and driving the Operations business for AFS. This role requires a combination of three important skills and experiences: (1) exceptional advisor and client relationship management skills, including strong oral communication skills, distinctive problem solving skills, and ability to architect solutions with clients real-time; (2) Deep expertise in business process improvement methodologies and transformation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering) and end-to-end supply chain management (e.g., demand forecasting, logistics sourcing, warehouse design and management) (3) strong practice building skills, including the capacity to identify and attract leading talent, delegate effectively, and inspire action amongst a large team.

Deploy Operations team to make sure accounts across AFS have the appropriate process excellence and supply chain leadership support
Develop and drive client-relevant supply chain management assets, capabilities, and insights
Collaborate with broader Accenture colleagues in the commercial sector to bring the best of Accenture to clients
Lead Operations practice and drive innovation
Keep AFS at the leading edge of business process transformation and supply chain management innovation
