Customer Service Representative with French
Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will support the sales process for one of the biggest financial platforms. The Sales Assistant will support the Company’s processes through professional communications. As a result of customer contact, the Sales Assistant updates the Company database with all appropriate information.
Responsibilities:
Process mainly outbound calls with business clients;
Interact with customers via phone and email;
Educate customers how to upgrade their accounts;
Processing client's data;
In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules.
What will make you stand out:
Fluency in Italian;
Good level of English;
Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage;
Team player across boarders;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good time management skills;
Results-driver with action orientation.
