Responsibilities:
Process mainly outbound calls with business customers;
Interact with customers via phone and email;
Educate customers how to upgrade their accounts;
Processing client's data;
In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Fluency in French;
Good level of English;
Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage;
Тeam player across boarders;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good time management skills;
Results-driver with action orientation.
