Responsibilities:

  • Process mainly outbound calls with business customers;

  • Interact with customers via phone and email;

  • Educate customers how to upgrade their accounts;

  • Processing client's data;

  • In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;

  • For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French;

  • Good level of English;

  • Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage;

  • Тeam player across boarders;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Good time management skills;

  • Results-driver with action orientation.
