SAP S/4HANA Plan-To-Make (PTM) Quality Management Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plan-To-Make (PTM) Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Quality Management processes within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on end-to-end Plan-To-Make solutions for manufacturing environments.

The role is available for Sofia, Plovidv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions within the PTM framework for clients in manufacturing industries.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze quality management requirements, ensuring alignment with production processes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA QM to integrate with PP,  MM, PM, and IM to support end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes.

• Implement quality control solutions, including inspection lot management, quality notifications, quality certificates, and non-conformance management to ensure product quality standards are met throughout production cycles.

• Support clients in configuring quality planning, quality inspections, audit management, and integration with SAP's Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Provide hands-on support in the testing, deployment, and go-live phases of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration of the SAP QM module with other enterprise systems, including SAP EWM, SAP SD, and SAP CO.

• Conduct training sessions for key users and business stakeholders, empowering teams to effectively use the SAP QM module in daily operations.

• Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve SAP S/4HANA quality management processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and product quality.

• Possible travels to client locations in Germany and France for on-site workshops, meetings, and system implementation support.
