Job Description

Execute services in areas of responsibility for a small to moderate size location / across number of locations. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location / across multiple locations. May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision.

  • Oversee a wide range of Workplace Solutions services including office operations and building management, asset and record management, facility maintenance, cleaning services, mail delivery and logistics, fleet management, products’ purchase, onsite/offsite storage services, management and support of financial, operational and quality metrics.

  • Identify and analyze trends in concepts and technologies as well as process improvements affecting the workplace arena, implementing each as appropriate.

  • Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines.

  • Provide space and service support.

  • Coordinates security and safety programs and operations to support safeguarding of our people and property.

  • Support and coordinate the day-to-day management of a Workplace commodity, including maintaining key relationships with external service providers and other industry professionals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience related to similar role in multinational companies with complex organizations.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of English.

  • Ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers, monitoring the quality of the service.

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

  • Excellent organizations skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
