Job Description

Spirit of the Role:

Provide administrative support to our employees, guests and visitors. The responsibilities are diverse and may include: workspace set-up, catering, document flow, floor support & other location services.

Responsibilities:
-Facility maintenance, mail delivery and logistics, onsite/offsite storage services.
-Purchase products and office equipment; order catering.
-Activate and deactivate access cards.
-Provide space and service support.
-Coordinates security and safety programs and operations to support safeguarding of our people and -property.
-Support and coordinate the day-to-day management of a Workplace commodity, including maintaining key relationships with external service providers and other industry professionals.
-Work closely with all departments and participate in organizing various activities and events in the office.

Qualifications

-Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
-Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
-Excellent organizations skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Good Microsoft Office skills.
-Previous experience related to similar role in multinational companies with complex organizations is a strong advantage.
-Ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers, monitoring the quality of the service.
