Job Description

The role is responsible for managing the whole insurance policy lifecycle - policy creation, renewal, amendments, and cancellation. In addition, part of the responsibilities will be certain related administrative tasks – issuance of insurance certificates, replying to queries, system and documents maintenance etc.

The role is back-office with no direct interaction with end customers. However, in certain cases there will be written communication with the respective country teams and/or the insurance brokers.

  • Working with a specific internal software system for data processing and storing.

  • Active written communication with brokers and colleagues from other offices.

  • Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members to ensure high professional standards and positive atmosphere.

  • Ensure that all documents (policies, invoices, instructions, etc.) are issued and send as per the agreed quality standards and service levels.

  • Validate the accuracy of data and documents in line with company`s internal policies and the local legal framework.

  • Provide administrative support to all related teams in the Multinational segment.

  • Proactively engage with/respond to local client’s/broker’s queries.

  • Execute policy and premium bookings, documents archiving, and dispatching of the documentation pack to clients/brokers.

  • Updating and maintaining local and Multinational systems, tools and documentation.

  • Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure high professional standards and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of French & English language – B2-C1.

  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Office.

  • Attention to details with focus on punctuality when working with documentation.

  • Ability to prioritize own tasks effectively.

  • Skills on communicating in professional manner, incl. in written, within a large multi-cultural environment.

  • Team-work capabilities – knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and feedback, peer support.

  • Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
