Job Description
The role is responsible for managing the whole insurance policy lifecycle - policy creation, renewal, amendments, and cancellation. In addition, part of the responsibilities will be certain related administrative tasks – issuance of insurance certificates, replying to queries, system and documents maintenance etc.
The role is back-office with no direct interaction with end customers. However, in certain cases there will be written communication with the respective country teams and/or the insurance brokers.
Working with a specific internal software system for data processing and storing.
Active written communication with brokers and colleagues from other offices.
Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members to ensure high professional standards and positive atmosphere.
Ensure that all documents (policies, invoices, instructions, etc.) are issued and send as per the agreed quality standards and service levels.
Validate the accuracy of data and documents in line with company`s internal policies and the local legal framework.
Provide administrative support to all related teams in the Multinational segment.
Proactively engage with/respond to local client’s/broker’s queries.
Execute policy and premium bookings, documents archiving, and dispatching of the documentation pack to clients/brokers.
Updating and maintaining local and Multinational systems, tools and documentation.
Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure high professional standards and positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
Very good knowledge of French & English language – B2-C1.
Computer literacy and experience with MS Office.
Attention to details with focus on punctuality when working with documentation.
Ability to prioritize own tasks effectively.
Skills on communicating in professional manner, incl. in written, within a large multi-cultural environment.
Team-work capabilities – knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and feedback, peer support.
Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
