The SAP Maintenance Functional Consultant for Market to Cash (M2C) is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP processes related to the Market to Cash cycle. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing SAP functionalities to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes. The position demands a deep understanding of SAP SD, CRM, and FI modules, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP M2C processes addressing and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Level, Level 3 support and cross-functional teams to ensure resolution of complex issues and successful project delivery
- Configure and customize SAP SD, CRM, and FI modules to meet business requirements related to the Market to Cash cycle.
- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
- Work with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions
- Analyze current M2C processes and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, providing expertise in Market to Cash processes.
- Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the SAP system
Qualifications
Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD, CRM, and FI modules, with at least 2 years in a support or maintenance role.
- Proficiency in SAP SD (Order Management, Billing, Pricing), CRM (Sales, Service), and FI (Accounts Receivable) configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of the Market to Cash cycle and related business processes.
- Experience with integration points between SAP SD, CRM, FI, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM).
- Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging
