Our Bulgarian Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel, and culture.

Accenture Bulgaria is looking for a person to join our Technical Support Team as L1 Engineer. We offer challenging work across different projects with the main duties being:

  • Actively monitor our customer’s infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, load balancers, databases,…) and respond to critical issues in a quick and efficient way
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to restore the availability.
    Plan, execute, and/or participate in technical migrations and maintenance
  • Clear communication with customers (about requests, incidents & maintenance) through our ticketing system
  • Work together with and escalate more technical issues towards colleagues from Bulgaria and Belgium
  • Provide clear communication and reporting about what happened during your shift, hereby ensuring proper and timely follow-up by your colleagues


Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:

  • We support both Windows Server and Linux systems
  • Web servers & load balancers: IIS, Apache, Nginx, HAProxy
  • Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
  • Public Cloud technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Docker, Kubernetes

  • Fluent in English – verbal & written
  • Flexibility in using different technologies/platforms

  • Motivated and enthusiastic to discover and learn new technologies
  • Disciplined and “Team first approach” oriented
  • Ability to shift gears quickly and cope with change
  • Are willing to work on 8-hour shifts (morning/afternoon/night, some flexibility required)
