Job Description
- Oversee a wide range of Workplace Solutions services including office operations and building management, asset and record management, facility maintenance, cleaning services, mail delivery and logistics, fleet management, products’ purchase, onsite/offsite storage services, management and support of financial, operational and quality metrics etc.
- Identify and analyze trends in concepts and technologies as well as process improvements affecting the workplace arena, implementing each as appropriate
- Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives
- Provide space and service support
- Develop and deliver workplace services and solutions at the right cost to meet business needs
- Coordinates security and safety programs and operations to support safeguarding of our people and property
- Support and coordinate the day to day management of a Workplace commodity, including maintaining key relationships with external service providers and other industry professionals
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be considered as plus
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in office and facility operations working environment
- Proficient knowledge of English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
