The Work: EDU Renewal Specialist
The role requires a highly motivated, target driven, determined individual with excellent communication skills. The role is responsible for managing opportunities from 40% to 100% with customers, partners and internal resources. Agent should have experience and be comfortable on the phone with customers handling Microsoft Solutions Conversations and guiding customers to make decisions on Microsoft technologies.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Successfully communicate with contacts via the phone daily.
- Own and deliver sales quota, including number of deals closed, revenue closed and Cloud sales
- Effectively own and drive customer opportunities until successful closing by positioning the value of the Microsoft Solutions to customers and partners, engaging both with customers and partners
- Guarantee customer and partner satisfaction with the sales process
- Complete Microsoft trainings and on-line research in order stay abreast of any change
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or lead generation (desired Technology Sales related)
- Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft or other software licensing knowledge highly desired
- Microsoft product knowledge - sales experience preferred; full stack, but focus on cloud technologies (M365 & Azure)
- Education sector experience nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft or other cloud services and products
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Commanding a desire to learn and succeed in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills required, as well as excellent presentation skills
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaboration
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 16:00 – 01:00
LOCATION: SOFIA , Hybrid mode
