Management Reporting Specialist role is responsible for generation and managing pre defined, and strictly documented, regularly scheduled reports and production of any ad hoc reports in accordance with the business needs. Coordinate data necessary for management reporting and to support business decisions through KPIs and business metrics. Leading reporting projects and initiatives to move to strategic tools. Analyze a project and design its processes, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
A Manage the provision and transformation of data to generate KPIs and metrics for the business
B From engaging with business stakeholders and understanding the problem, conduct data analysis when acquiring and processing the data, building and testing the appropriate model, to overseeing the deployment into production of dashboards
C Supporting the development of business cases, gathering requirements, documenting solution designs and testing
D Proficient problem solver with proven ability to envision business perspectives and develop workable solutions beneficial for the program
E Engage with business partners to review performance trends, identify root causes, and capture actions
F Curious in all things data with a focus on identifying data quality issues, trends and improving accuracy of reporting
A Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools e.g., Power Bi, Qlikview, Cognos
B Experience in report writing and data analysis
C Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Visio, SQL Management Studio, SQL Developer , MS Outlook.
D Knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage
E Knowledge of cloud based data warehousing tools e.g snowflake is an advantage
A Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team
B Ability to communicate effectively in a multi program environment across a range of stakeholders
C Excellent written and verbal communication skills
D Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects concurrently
