Senior Quality Auditing Specialist
Spirit of the role:
The Senior QA Specialist will support the QA Manager by overseeing a subset of Quality Analysts (QAs) assigned to specific program(s). This role focuses on operational leadership, performance monitoring, and team coordination, ensuring adherence to QA standards and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of QAs within the assigned program, ensuring productivity and compliance with QA processes.
- Track QA performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the QA Manager.
- Act as the first point of contact for program-related issues and escalate critical matters to the QA Manager.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to QAs to enhance skills and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of QA activities within assigned program, aligning with overall project goals.
- Share regular updates on team performance and program status with the QA Manager.
- Ensure QAs follow established QA frameworks, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Provide updates to the client and participate in quality calibrations.
- Conduct QA audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in QA or related roles.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with QA tools and reporting systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or Russian is a strong advantage.
