Job Description
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for development, implementation, and management of reporting systems that support the operational and strategic goals of the program. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement and decision-making.
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
Responsibilities:
Design, track, report and analyze key organizational and operational metrics.
Ensure ad hoc standard operational reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Drive an integrated, cost effective reporting architecture, strategy and process supporting all entities.
Coordinate across client and internal teams to provide metrics.
Analyze designated performance measures and conduct root cause analysis as needed.
Ensure standard reports meet business needs while reducing custom requests.
Manage reporting applications and accountable for reporting SLA.
Drive Performance, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement, including analyzing the business data, creating internal benchmarking reports and white papers, and recommending process improvements and cost reductions in the business.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
Proficiency in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Experience with CRM systems and databases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
