Sales Team Leader with German

Job Description

The Team Lead role is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves managing daily operations, providing coaching and training, ensuring high levels of sales target attainment, customer satisfaction, and driving performance through effective leadership and strategic planning.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to explain what's driving their teams' performance in a concise and data driven way.

  • Ability to identify and grow talent, lead, motivate and coach direct reports.

  • Proven ability to identify training needs and support development of programs.

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity

  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives

  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget

  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

  • Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems

  • Work closely with legal and safety departments.

  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

  • Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives.

  • Participate in team meetings.

  • Working for meeting our clients` service level agreements.

  • Strictly comply the stipulated obligations and terms in accordance with signed service level agreements for servicing other functional units within the company (SLA);

  • Perform assigned own and team short-term and long-term KPIs and goals;

  • Strictly adhere to all internal acts, rules and policies of the employer

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 1+ years of Managerial experience.

  • At least 3 years overall work experience.

  • At least 1 year sales experience primarily outbound sales upselling, cross selling, online sales, or telemarketing relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing with at least 1 year supervisory experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high performing teams.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make data driven decisions.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong language skills in German
