Insurance Medical Reimbursement Specialist with German language
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated specialist to join our dynamic team at Accenture. The new colleague will primarily focus on insurance medical reimbursement tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. This role will involve working closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate medical insurance claims to determine eligibility and reimbursement amounts.
Conduct thorough review and analysis of medical documentation and invoices.
Verify policy coverage and assess claim validity based on policy terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all underwriting activities and documentation.
Adhere to established underwriting guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Provide support to senior colleagues and managers as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of German and English language - B2.
Computer literate and experienced in MS Word and Excell.
Attention to details with focus on punctuality when working with documentation.
Ability to prioritize own tasks effectively.
Team-work capabilities – knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and advice when needed.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate claims and assess documentation effectively.
Problem Solving Skills Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions for process improvements.
Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
