Job Description
Job Summary:
The Supplier Onboarding Specialist with German works on programs related to customer satisfaction or return of defective materials from end customers. The Supplier Onboarding Specialist with German will work in one of the following areas: Contacting Suppliers to Register/Configure their accounts with the client's Network, Assisting Suppliers to process e-invoices, Addressing Suppliers’ issues to the respective teams, administrating assigned workload in client systems, Additional tasks related to enabling the revenue for the client via the Suppliers behaviors. As a result of customer contact, the Supplier Onboarding Specialist with German updates the Company database with all appropriate information. The Supplier Onboarding Specialist with German supports all quality assurance efforts and Program criteria.
Responsibilities:
Process mainly outbound calls with business customers;
Interact with customers via phone and email;
Update the respective records in the system of the client;
Educate customers in using cloud based platform for online procurement;
In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
For service level agreement in jeopardy, follow established escalation rules.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Fluency in German;
Fluency in English;
Previous customer service or supply chain experience is a strong advantage;
Team player across boarders;
Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining one;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality;
Results-driver with action orientation.
