Job Description
Job Summary:
The Logistics Service Representative will work in the following programs: consumer based Reverse Logistics, survey work, welcome and onboarding, and market research. The Logistics Service Representative supports the company’s processes through professional communications, both to and from customers. As a result of customer contact, the Logistics Service Representative updates the company database with all appropriate information. The Logistics Service Representative supports all quality assurance efforts and program criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and handle outbound or inbound customer and/or client communications
- Interact with customers via various methods of communication.
- Update program database accurately.
- Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations.
- Identify and escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- 12+ months previous customer service experience within a Contact Center.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Results-driver with action orientation.
