Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish quality standards and performance benchmarks for ad sales operations.
Create and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Oversee the quality monitoring process to ensure compliance with established standards.
Use quality monitoring tools and techniques to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality data analysis.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive quality improvements across the program.
Design and deliver quality training programs for sales operations leaderships
Maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their quality expectations.
Address client inquiries and quality related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent quality service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts and auditors.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

The Quality Manager in the is responsible for overseeing the sales programs quality assurance processes and ensuring that all services provided meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role involves developing quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.



Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a BPO online ad sales environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
