Role Overview:
 
Develop organizational effectiveness in collaboration with extended teams to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and trainings across the organization. Ensure process operations is consistently and effectively performed according to established procedures, processes, guidelines and/or best practices. Monitor and take corrective actions around budget, scheduling, risk, scope and quality projects/programs. Support quality/scope/risk and resource management. You will get involved in designing solutions based on client’s requirements.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferably to Black Belt level
  • Experience of managing, delivering process improvement and business transformation for clients and identifying opportunities to automate processes using automation & robotic tools such as Blue Prism, Jacada, Open Span, UI Path, Nice, Automation or Automation Anywhere
