Alan is responsible for Accenture’s overall vision and strategy in the banking sector, investment priorities, client-offering developments and partnership networks.
Alan has 25 years of experience working with clients in the banking industry with a focus on enterprise strategy and performance improvement programs in the retail and commercial sectors. Alan has led major M&A assignments at the board level, been a personal adviser to multiple bank CEOs in North America and Europe, steered many bank-wide transformation programs and led multiple new business launches.
Stephanie has 20+ years of customer service experience (contact center, digital, face to face), implementing and managing large scale technical and strategic solutions for clients across the globe in the B2C and B2B space.
She is a graduate of MIT and recently honored as one of the Outstanding Women in Business from the Charlotte region who have made significant contributions to their profession and community.
Bob has 20+ years of executive management experience, serving financial institutions and providers to the industry on issues of strategy and performance improvement.
Prior to joining Accenture, he led the Canadian business as well as the Pricing practice for Novantas, a financial services, consulting and solutions company. He has worked around the world in Europe, Australia, South America, North America and Saudi Arabia.
Bob holds his degree in Computer Science from MIT.
