Fernand Dimidschstein is managing director for France and Benelux within Accenture Strategy. His role focuses on advising companies and governments on business strategy, operating models, digital strategies and innovation, cost management, customer strategies, human capital management, large-scale business transformation and organizational change. He is also a member of the Accenture France and Benelux Executive Committee.
Mr. Dimidschstein has more than 15 years of experience working for Accenture. Prior to his current role, Mr. Dimidschstein served as managing director of Accenture Financial Services in Belgium and Luxembourg and was also a member of the Accenture BeLux S.A. Executive Committee. He has developed successful client relationships in the banking and capital markets sectors.
In between his current and previous roles in Accenture, Mr. Dimidschstein spent three years at The Bank of New York where, as Vice President and CFO, he established the Brussels’s branch of the bank and a Luxembourg subsidiary.
Mr. Dimidschstein also served for three years at J.P. Morgan, where he held several positions—from financial and business analyst to deputy vice president in the investment banking business. He started his career at Arthur Andersen.
