Accenture Song’s Marketing Sales Capture Managers are at the heart of our client engagement model. They work with both clients and internal teams to shape, sell, and deliver transformative marketing solutions. Our sales teams build strong, lasting relationships with clients, identify key opportunities, and structure deals that drive new revenue. The Marketing Sales Capture Manager is key in orchestrating the strategy and execution of high-impact deals, leveraging Accenture’s deep industry expertise and technology capabilities.
The work
As a Sales Capture Manager at Accenture Song, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts across marketing, sales, commerce , service and experience transformation projects. You will play a critical role in originating and closing large-scale deals by identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive sales and ensure the seamless execution of value strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives.
You will do this by working collaboratively with customers, our partner network, and internal Accenture teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong, impactful sales pipelines. You will play a key consultative role in the early stages of transformation projects, leading the sales process by aligning value-add solutions with client goals. Once the deal is closed, you’ll work closely with the delivery and implementation teams to ensure the smooth transition and successful execution of the project, while remaining engaged as a strategic advisor to the client as needed.
You will operate in an international, fast-paced environment, where you will shape and sell transformational solutions, customer experience strategies, and digital campaigns to complex client organizations. Your ability to originate and close deals in this space will be central to driving growth and success for both Accenture Song and our clients.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
Completed bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, sales service, or technical fields.
Experience in Sales within services delivered to customers, specifically in the areas of Marketing, Sales & Service Strategy, Digital Marketing, and/or Customer Experience Growth.
5-8 years of relevant work experience in similar fields, with a focus on marketing and sales.
An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including strong network of relationships.
Excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Dutch or French native. Fluent in English. Proficiency in NL/FR/EN is a plus.
