Job Description
Join us in shaping the future of the energy and utilities sector! As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the intake and initiation of new projects such as energy sharing, flexibility, and more. This role requires deep expertise in the utilities industry and a strong foundation in Agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops with grid operators, market workgroups, and other stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and perform high-level impact analyses on processes, architecture, and volumetrics.
- Define project scope, roadmaps, milestones, and necessary resources for delivery.
- Hand over projects to delivery teams or support the creation of new teams when needed.
- Monitor delivery readiness and ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Support risk mitigation strategies and ensure delivery quality through regular reporting.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in the utilities sector, with a deep understanding of its processes and challenges.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile project management or delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-level system impact analyses.
- Technology affinity, enabling you to assess project impacts on functional processes and system architecture.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Language: Fluency in English (C2); proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- A previous experience in the Utilities sector.
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
