Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Engineering Specialist to join our team, supporting industrial clients both technically and strategically. As an Energy Consultant, you will leverage your technical experience to drive energy efficiency and optimization projects across a variety of industrial sectors.
What are your responsibilities?
Provide expert guidance on energy-related projects including HVAC systems, industrial heat, process optimization, and commissioning.
Develop and implement strategies and roadmaps to enhance energy efficiency and decarbonization of production processes for our clients. This includes (non-exhaustive) making detailed analysis and assessments of energy usage in industrial context, on-site audits, business case building, budget estimates and occasionally basic engineering.
Take the lead on business development by working on tailer made proposals that drive value for our clients.
Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Deliver high-quality consulting services under tight deadlines
Manage a multi-functional team with colleagues on different levels of experience.
Train newcomers on the job using your expertise.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in Industries (pharma, agro-food, steel, manufacturing, oil and gas), preferably with exposure to HVAC, industrial heat system, energy management systems, and process optimization.
Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a focus on Energy.
Additional qualifications, such as Master’s or Post-master’s degree in management, are advantageous but not required.
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
