Job Description
As a Security (Senior) Manager, you will be leading project teams in performing various types of assessments, designs, developments, and implementations of solutions. You are part of our Security domain and become a trusted advisor to one of the worlds leading organizations.
Besides the client-facing responsibilities, you will also be a key contributor in growing Accenture Security, mentoring and training Accenture colleagues, supporting business opportunities and maintaining relationships with technology ecosystem partners.
You will be responsible for the planning, architecture, and delivery while managing one or multiple project teams under your supervision. You will maintain client relationships and perform stakeholder management, shape clients’ visions and roadmaps, architect complex solutions and lead delivery teams in securely designing and deploying their business-critical applications. You will provide subject matter expertise and utilize your business acumen to work collaboratively with our clients to advise, design, build and implement pragmatic security solutions.
With the support of our local and global security teams, you will:
- Manage and deliver projects from the early planning phase through the successful deployment of our tailored solutions.
- Grow our team by attracting the right talent and by driving sales activities through client workshops and proposals.
- Work on the design and delivery of new offerings for our Security portfolio.
- Assist clients in developing strategies to help secure their most critical assets by providing high value consultancy work.
- Coordinate international teams of experts to bring the best value to our clients.
- Perform current state assessments of our client’s security posture, including benchmarking/maturity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate truly enjoys his or her work, is eager, flexible and has a “can do “attitude. Moreover:
- Master degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in security design and architecture, team lead, product owner or project manager.
- 3+ years of deeper experience within a specific area: Application Security, Cloud Security, Digital Identity, Incident Response, …
- Experience in client relationship building, stakeholder management or pre-sales.
- You have project management skills to coordinate a team.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- You have strong interpersonal skills: able to work in a team and work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA are a plus
- Working knowledge of English and Dutch or French
- Experience in a professional services firm is mandatory.
