As a Business Operations Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, supporting their business operations in various functional areas. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and driving operational excellence across different industries and functional domains. Our typical project’s responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to their business operations.
o Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and communicate operational performance to clients.
o Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients.
- Process Improvement:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes in various functional areas (e.g., PMO, software roll-out, marketing operations, talent and development, etc.).
o Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design and implement process enhancements, driving operational excellence.
- Project Management Support:
o Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution for client engagements in different functional areas.
o Support project managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
o Prepare project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Engage and collaborate with clients across industries, understanding their specific requirements and addressing operational challenges.
o Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
o Provide timely updates and strategic insights to clients on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business operations and consulting.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and tools across diverse industries and functional areas.
o Actively participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance your consulting skills and expertise.

Qualifications
Your background
Fluent in English with a good knowledge of both French and Dutch (applicants without one of the two languages will be automatically rejected)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
First experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within a consulting or advisory capacity is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. (Agile framework, Prince2, etc)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Interest in various industries and functional areas (e.g., PMO, software roll-out, marketing operations, talent and development) is highly desirable.
Prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
