Technology Strategy Manager

As a Technology Strategy Manager at Accenture, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, shaping and executing their business transformation agendas through technology. You will lead work for our clients on their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, industry convergence, growth and innovation, global operating models, sustainable cost management, enterprise transformation, and more.

Your job will involve leading the creation of strategies and plans to define how technology should be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy and maximize value creation. You will use your understanding of business strategy and your affinity with technology to define the strategy, operating model, enterprise-architecture and transformation roadmaps of technology organizations. In your manager role you will for yourself and for the team ensure to maintain knowledge of best practices, industry landscapes and emerging technologies and apply these to develop innovative business solutions.

As a Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Manager, you will be expected to:

• Understand a client’s business strategy and lead work defining the link with technology and the architecture landscape, including organization, information, and infrastructure & applications

• Quickly understand a client’s (IT) operating model, including the organizational structure, processes, and governance.

• Lead assessment for our client’s on their key IT strengths and weaknesses, based on rigorous analysis and technology & industry knowledge.

• Coordinate creation of blueprints & recommendations and translate them in actionable roadmaps for complex and large technology environments – building future-proof architectures using modern technologies like cloud, edge computing, next-gen connectivity, event streaming, platform architectures and more.

• Manage the full lifecycle of strategy definition in the right way, e.g. ensure Ensure the right setup during strategy definition in ensuring Throughout the strategy definition, function as a guardian of the architecture to make sure that e.g. initiatives & roadmap build-up comply with the set guidelines without jeopardizing business objectives.

• Lead communication effectively at C-Level by developing consistent and compelling storylines.

• Guide our clients through the transformation program to successfully implement their strategies.
